PruHealth Vitality Interactive
Vitality Interactive is the destination for PruHealth members to check their Vitality Points, Status, Rewards partners, Secure Email and Personal Details. When we redesigned the site, I wanted to move away from a typical left nav/top nav design and move towards a dashboard/application feel where members could quickly see relevant content and easily explore it.
We tried to visually describe Vitality, using the member's content in a fun and meaningful way. Self assesment > Set goals > Get rewards. Each step providing an entry point to content.
I created wireframes, described journeys, was involved in user testing and produced final graphics and assets for the Flex development team.
The site is currently being redesigned. We'll be making a few tweaks, especially around 'first time' and 'next steps' sign posting, for a member.
PruHealth Quote
Our product was redesigned, allowing a customer to build their ideal health insurance plan, this would mean a complete rebuild of our quoting system. At the same time we were designing a quoting app for use on iPads, for our direct sales force and a web version for our advisers.
After a few questions we were able to present the customer with three example quotes, which they could edit. Each benefit could be adjusted to suit their budget.
Adjusting the level of cover for each benefit would result in a change of colour. A zeroed benefit would grey out, signalling that quote example 1 now had fewer benefits than 2 or 3.
I created wireframes, described journeys and produced final graphics, HTML and CSS for the development team.
Just Capture It
An iPad app that allows users to capture data into forms. Target audience is stocktaking situations, portable questionnaires and patient information. Forms can be shared and built on the fly.
It was critical that users could get to the forms they required quickly. I had to devise a simple navigation which doubled up as clear sign posting.
Clear status messaging, telling our users what was going on, was important. Users needed to know whether a form was loading (and managing that wait) or that no forms were available.
I created wireframes, described journeys and produced final graphics and assets for the iOS development team.
Forms could be completed in a non-linear fashion. So we needed a device which would allow users to jump around within a form, and be able to see their position.
Just Insure It
An iPad app that replaces a mobile insurance assessor's clip board and paper. The app needed to show a day's schedule and map it, capture accident details, photos and video.
Damage capture needed to be quick, so I designed a visual plan of a vehicle where a user could tap to indicate damage and add notes.
The app had to act as a day planner, so visually representing appointments on a map illustrates potential routes an assessor needs to take.
I created wireframes, described journeys and produced final graphics and assets for the iOS development team.
Buttons and touch areas were designed with the subject in mind and a literal approach was taken to mimic textures and design aspects from a vehicle.
Thank you for looking though my work!
